Brandon Conrad, Chief Executive Officer

Brandon Conrad, Chief Executive Officer, guides the execution of Vistablock’s strategic initiatives. With over fifteen years of combined experience in civil litigation, real estate transactions, and real estate development he is skilled in navigating complex real estate projects, including negotiating agreements of sale with sellers, coordinating all entitlements to get projects fully approved, and building relationships with investors for vertical construction. As a former shareholder at a prominent Central Pennsylvania law firm, Brandon gained valuable insights into the numerous legal matters involved in real estate development, including zoning, trusts, estates, taxes, and litigation. His academic background includes a B.A. from Northwestern University, a J.D. from the University of Michigan, and an LLM in Taxation from New York University.

At Vistablock, he collaborates with contractors, engineers, financial institutions, and community leaders to manage multi-family and industrial projects, ensuring they meet investor expectations and community aspirations.

Sam Stoltzfus, Chief Strategy Officer

Sam Stoltzfus, Chief Strategy Officer, brings a wealth of Entrepreneurial and real estate development expertise, particularly in the outdoor living products sector. As the owner of businesses like Country Lane Gazebos, Patiova, Swing Kingdom, and Atlas Molding, Sam is known for excellence and innovation.  Over the last 30 years, Sam has developed over 500,000 square feet of industrial space, as well as a 72-townhome community. His strong ties to the agricultural community and relationship-building skills have helped build businesses that thrive and support local economies. His companies’ dealer network spans the U.S. and Canada, showcasing his strategic acumen.

At Vistablock, he leverages his network and business skills to advance projects, working with investors, landowners, and the business community. Sam’s strategic vision ensures Vistablock’s projects are economically viable and community-oriented. 

Rachelle Rineer, Executive Assistant / Investor Relations

Rachelle Rineer has been with Vistablock since weeks after its inception. Her exceptional organizational skills and deep commitment to operational excellence are instrumental in ensuring the firm's seamless operation. She manages the company's financials, oversees the firm's rental properties, coordinates investor relationships, and provides critical support to the executive team by facilitating key communications and coordinating high-priority projects. As a certified Notary, Rachelle's meticulous attention to detail ensures that all documentation is processed precisely and efficiently.

Beyond her professional role, Rachelle is a dedicated mother whose son is actively involved in Penn Manor athletics.
