Country Lane Gazebos Headquarters

Country Lane custom built its 100,000 square foot headquarters on Hollander Road in New Holland. This development required re-zoning the property to industrial and includes additional vacant lots for future industrial development.

The Pond on Fulling Mill is a 201-unit fully-approved project minutes away from Harrisburg International Airport with 132 luxury apartments with elevators and garage, 69 3-bedroom Townhomes with garages, a fitness center, clubhouse, restaurant, and walking paths. Designed for the 55+ demographic, the project is expected to break ground in November 2024.

Westmount is a 289-unit project in Mt. Joy Township with 78 garden-style apartment, 211 townhomes, a pool, fitness center, and multiple playgrounds. Expected ground-breaking: Spring 2025.

Chiques Crossing is a 340-unit apartment project in Rapho Township along the banks of the Little Chiques Creek with a rooftop clubhouse, fitness center, garage parking, and walking paths. Expected ground-breaking: Fall 2025.

Parkesburg Preserve is a 25-acre parcel zoned medium density residential in Parkesburg Borough, Chester County. The Borough is currently contemplating a Traditional Neighborhood Development overlay district that would permit a mixed-use project of apartments, townhomes, duplexes, single family homes, and some commercial space. Expected ground-breaking: Spring 2026.

Garden Spot Industrial Park is a 65-acre parcel that Vistablock got rezoned to Light Industrial in East Earl Township, Lancaster County. Vistablock intends to build an industrial park of between 5 and 8 local manufacturing and construction companies on this site. Expected ground-breaking: Spring 2026.

Freedom Park is a 140-acre parcel zoned for low density residential in Manor Township, Lancaster County. Vistablock is evaluating a project of 280 single family homes on this site. Expected ground-breaking: Fall 2026.

Penryn Preserve is a 240-unit apartment and townhome project in Penn Township, Lancaster County. Expected ground-breaking: Fall 2026.
