Brandon Conrad, Chief Executive Officer
Brandon Conrad executes Vistablock’s vision and strategy. A former shareholder at a prominent Central Pennsylvania law firm, he has over twelve years of civil trial experience and significant expertise in matters involving real estate transactions, trusts and estates, and tax. He completed his undergraduate degree at Northwestern University, his law degree at the University of Michigan, and his LLM in Taxation from New York University. In addition to trial work, he served residential and commercial real estate owners, investors and developers by advising on contract and lease agreements, raising capital, commercial transactions and landlord-tenant disputes. At Vistablock, he collaborates with a broad team of general contractors, engineers, banks, real estate investors, local governments, real estate agents, and community leaders to complete and manage multi-family residential and industrial projects.
Sam Stoltzfus, Chief Strategy Officer
Sam Stoltzfus is a serial entrepreneur and adept businessman with a focus in outdoor living products. He is the owner of Country Lane Gazebos, Patiova and recently-acquired Swing Kingdom and Atlas Molding. He is known for his deep ties to the agricultural community as well as his track record of establishing successful businesses that employ local craftsmen and supply a network of dealers across the United States and Canada. He leverages his relationships to bring Vistablock projects to life by working with investors, landowners, and the business and finance community.
Peter Stengel, Real Estate/Investor Relations
Peter Stengel is the newest member of the Vistablock team. Peter is a Lancaster native with deep family ties to the area. His family has been active for several generations in the real estate, legal, and health care professions. Peter got his first sales job when he was 14 years old at TMB in downtown Lancaster, where he quickly learned that he enjoyed working with and helping other people. He is a third generation Lancaster Catholic graduate and received his Bachelor of Arts degree from West Chester University in 2018. Throughout his high school and college years, Peter held various people centric jobs, including waiting tables, working at an event venue, and bartending at LCC and Luca. In 2020, he went west to Utah, where he was a top performer in sales at Vivint Home Security. Eventually, he moved to California to sell solar door-to-door. Now that Peter is back home in Lancaster, he is excited to work alongside his Vistablock teammates, grow professionally and forge new and lasting relationships in Lancaster and surrounding communities.
